We take care of the rest – creating a personalised roadbook of the travel program to include your logo and branding, page layout, practical travel information on the destination country(ies), photos of the tourist spots and/or cities to be visited, and blank pages to write personal notes. We produce this roadbook (hard copy version) for special tailor-made trips for any destination in the world. Everything that your clients will need to enjoy their special trip – practical travel information, day-by-day programme and photos of the sites to be visited, and blank pages to write personal notes. How do I place an order?
Just send us an email with the following information: names of the clients, departure date, and the daily detailed travel programme as a WORD document (not as a PDF document).
Delivery time ?
The standard delivery time between placing an order and receiving the roadbook in your office is 15 days. The fee for last-minute orders received 4 to 15 days before the delivery date is €15. The fee for urgent orders received within 72 hours before the delivery date is €30.
Pricing ?
The standard roadbook cost is €60 excluding VAT. The shipping cost per roadbook is €10 excluding VAT. If you plan to order several roadbooks or more per year, consult with us regarding pricing.
